Gazebo Festival is a music festival on over 85 acres of green space at Louisville's Waterfront Park. The two-day event will feature 26 acts on two stages and highlight some of Louisville's local food and culture.

Saturday and Sunday 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Where is Gazebo Fest located?
Gazebo Festival is held at Louisville’s scenic Waterfront Park, located at 131 River Rd. Louisville, KY 40202.
There are two entrances to the festival. One entrance is located near the corner of Witherspoon and Bingham Way and the other is located near the box office by River Road and Witherspoon. There will be dedicated VIP lanes at each entrance. Upon arrival to the park follow signage to find the entrance that works for you.
We are cashless
Please note that we are a cashless festival. Credit cards will be accepted at all points of sale.
Parking
There are a number of parking lots and garages around the park, as well as public transportation. Ride sharing is highly encouraged!
Rideshare
We will have a dedicated rideshare drop off location. Details to come.
Where should I stay in Louisville?

Does the festival allow re-entry?
Re-entry into the festival is not permitted. Once you have entered the venue each day, you will not be allowed to leave and come back in. Please plan accordingly.
Does Gazebo Fest have a mobile app?
Yes, the Gazebo mobile app will be available in the app store closer to the festival dates. Check back for more information soon.

The re-sale of passes at a higher price point is prohibited, and if discovered, will result in the pass being voided without refund.
Passes may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the festival.
Box Office and Hours
The Box Office will be located at the corner of River Road and Witherspoon Drive.

Refunds and Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. Gazebo is an outdoor event and is held rain or shine.
Children
Tickets are required for children over the age of 2. We highly recommend not bringing children under 10 years of age. Limit 2 children per ticketed adult. We encourage bringing ear muffs or ear plugs for the little ones!

Clean Vibes is a company dedicated to responsible on-site waste management of outdoor festivals and events, with a mission to actively encourage and promote recycling, composting and proper waste disposal. Clean Vibes volunteers work to divert waste from landfills by increasing the amount of material that is recycled and composted, thereby greatly reducing the ecological footprint of the festival.
